Hi there,
on my event espresso admin pages i see the following error:
Er is iets fout gegaan:
A valid ticket could not be retrieved for the event.
Please click the back button on your browser and try again.
And on the frontpages the customers the are getting the same error on the event pages.

The update het resolved the issu, butt i m now getting it again?
Please help me out 🙂

Did you update to the latest release or are you running the version that was downloaded from Github?

i was rearranging some widgets, and while saving I’ll get messages:
Er is iets fout gegaan: (there went somethin wrong:)
A valid ticket could not be retrieved for the event.

butt the rearranging works.

Hi Victor,
Can you move the member ticket so it displays below the non-member ticket, then update the event? After you do that, try clearing your browser’s cache.

Sorry for my late response.
When I move the guest ticket to the top, then ordering tickets does work.

You’ll need to put the guest tickets on the top until the release of Event Espresso 4.9.35.p.
