Hi,
EE4 license key is avctivated on my website. The “key” is green.
However, On my webpage, I have the following error:
A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 4.10.10.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
On my EE profile it state:
Your Active Subscriptions:
EE4 Everything License
Created: 2018-06-10 (UTC)
Cost: $209.97/year
Renews On: 2021-06-10 (UTC) for $209.97/year
So why dont this work?
I have multisite, and the lisence key is activated on the main part of the site. Not in nettwork admin (did not find any place to add license key there)

Hi there,
Officially, Event Espresso does not support WP Multisite.
That’s not to say it won’t work with it but certain parts (such as licensing) are expecting a single site so don’t work well. I’ve reset your license key (which wont affect your site in any other way than updates) to see if it removes the notice and allows you to update but for MultiSite we often recommend to updating manually:
