Hello,
Whenever I try to do bulk registration edits, like cancel or delete a registration I get a blank white screen. I can go into a single registration and modify it that way, but that is very time-consuming. How can we fix this to make bulk edits/actions?

Hi there,
A white screen means a fatal error is being thrown on the server and your server is (correctly) set to not display those errors.
Do you have access to an error log section on your hosts control panel? If so check there for any error messages around the same time you get the whitescreen.
If not you can add this code: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#wpdebug
To your sites wp-config.php file which tells your site to log the error so we can investigate further.

That particular set of PHP warnings, I’m afraid, are more of the same and are from trying to convert an invoice or receipt into PDF. In other words, the error messages aren’t relate to the white screen you saw when you tried to do the bulk actions.
You could try the Troubleshooting feature of the Health Check plugin by installing the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists? If you can bulk cancel registrations at that point, that means there’s a plugin/theme conflict or the server doesn’t have enough resources to do everything asked of it.
If you still can’t do a bulk edit even with troubleshooting mode activated, then that might be a situation where a mod_security rule is being tripped. In which case you could contact your web host and ask them to check the mod_security logs to find what’s causing the white screen when you try to do a bulk action.
