Error on Barcode Scanning – No access to datetime

Hi,

I am trying to test out a new barcode scanner and I am getting the following error message in continuous scanning mode.

An error has occurred:
Sorry, but while the ticket is for a valid registration, this registration does not have access to the given date time.

I am scanning tickets for the correct event, which only has one datetime, so I am a little confused.

Hi Nick,

Has the ticket been scanned previously?
