Error messages when customers try to register

I saw other posts about this, but I didn’t see a resolution.

When people try to register at my web site, they encounter various error messages. This is happening in both Google Chrome and Firefox. I have no idea how to resolve this. Please help!

Hi Michelle,

It looks like your host is running server side caching, the Event Espresso pages will need to be excluded from this.

Who is your hosting provider?

The hosting provider is wpengine… what should I do to exclude the pages?

You’ll need to contact WPEngine to have them exclude to pages for you.
