Error Message when on checkout / payment page

Hi Support,
Fews customer complain received this error message when checkout / payment

And i check the forum, say is cache problem, so that i add in those url link to the cache plugin

But after that this error message display

Please assist how to solved this problem?

Is there an event I can run a test registration on to view this?
