A few users in my account receive an error message when downloading the event registrants CSV report
“An error occurred and the job has been stopped”

How do we fix this?

Hi there,

That error is thrown on the page whenever there is an error server-side that it doesn’t know how to handle.

If you check the server error logs from around the time the above was shown can you see any errors from Event Espresso?

Your host will usually have a section on your control panel to view server errors.
