Hello
I am getting the following message on my registration checkout page https://africaaustraliaconference.com/event-registration/?ee=2 :
An error has occurred:
The requested route 2 could not be mapped to any registered modules.
I have gone to the Critical pages section and everything is fine with no errors flagged. I have only one live event and have put the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] code on the checkout page, and despite the error message people can still register. However I am worried that the error message will put them off. How can I get rid of it?
I am using WP version 4.9.2 and EE 4.9.56.p

Hi there,
The reason your getting that error is the ?ee=2 at the end of the URL.
That URL is from EE3 so I’m assuming you’ve just migrated from EE3 to EE4 and that link is hardcoded on a page somewhere on your site.
Can you let me know how you get to that link on your site? Is it a click through from another page?

Hi Tony
The link was from the main menu. I’ve now changed the menu link to: https://africaaustraliaconference.com/register-now/ and now my event is missing. register-now is the checkout page I set up in EE4. Any ideas on how to make my event show up again? It was showing up with that ?ee=2 suffix at the end but not now.

Hi Fergie,
Event Espresso 4 does not use the ?ee=2 suffix, so you’ll need to update your menu item to go to this URL instead:
https://africaaustraliaconference.com/events/aatic-2018/
