Fatal Error: Class ‘ee_prcessor_base’ not found in *****/EE_payment_processor.core.php on line 15

Any idea what is causing this?

Hi Ted,

That error could happen in version 4.9.35.p, we added some additional code to prevent it within 4.9.36.p so are you using the latest version of EE currently?

Not using latest version would like to use my support token to upgrade.

ok I checked I am using the newest version why is this happening then?

Are you still getting the same error message when you run a registration now?

4.9.36.p was released on April 3rd so you’ve updated since then and the error should not be thrown.
