Getting an error message when I enter my website in and credentials of “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”

Hi Ryan,

Can you re-send the Redeem a support token form and be sure to include FTP credentials? We’ll need FTP credentials to be able to troubleshoot.

I’ve resent the support token info with credentials. Please let me know what else you need.

I am able to get in with wordfence activated but still seeing the error that the data is in the incorrect format. it works if i turn wordfence off but would rather not go this route.

You could also try deactivating parts of Wordfence, like the Live Traffic feature.
