When they get to the registration page and select the number of people they want to register and hit submit, they’re brought to a page that says “Nothing in your Event Queue, You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.”
The words “select at least one event” are linked to a page that has the event details in a completely different format and it does the same thing when they click the Register now.
Any idea how I can fix this?
Please feel free to go to the site and test it to see what I mean.
Sorry, I was just playing around with this and it seems that it’s only doing that for people who aren’t signed into their account on our member site which is a WordPress site.
I just tested it logged in and was able to register no problem.
So it has something to do with only functioning properly if people are logged into their member account.
I went through your documentation (sorry for not doing that first) and used the solutions provided from other people asking about the same thing.
I guess since I have your attention, if you could please still test it on your end to confirm I’ve fixed it properly, that would be great but I think I’ve fixed it.
The error happening only while logged out of the site is an indication that the caching plugin on your site is causing the “nothing in your event queue” error. So you could try disabling that plugin. If the plugin has settings to allow bypassing the cache on specific pages, you could add the registration checkout page to the list of pages get bypassed from the cache.
