I successfully installed espresso lite on temporary domain.
I then transferred the entire wp site to another domain (on the same server).
When this happened, the plugin caused errors. I deleted the plugin from the plugins folder (using filezilla) and the site worked properly again.
I then try to reinstall the plugin from scratch and get the following error:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/solarpt/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/includes/functions/main.php on line 1241
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home3/solarpt/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/includes/functions/main.php:1241) in /home3/solarpt/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207
I wanted to upgrade to the pro version, but afraid this will happen when I do so. I would like to resolve this Lite version error before upgrading.
Thanks for letting us know how the site was migrated.
Information for Event Espresso is stored in native WP tables such as wp_options as well as tables for Event Espresso (e.g. wp_events).
Could you try migrating the site using a tool like WP Migrate DB or Backup Buddy?
