Error Message -Can't check out

When a client selects a ticket quantity and clicks “register”—an error message pops up: 404 Not Found! “We’re sorry, the page you have looked for does not exist in our database!” Please help so that people can actually purchase the tickets. Thanks

Hi Cara,

It looks like someone trashed the registration-checkout page on your site.

Can you please go to WordPress > Pages > Trash and restore the registration-checkout page and any other of the Event Espresso checkout pages that may also have been moved to the trash?
