We would like to update our EE3 but we get this error message: You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.
We didn’t move EE to an another website but we changed webhosting provider. Can you please solve this issue?
I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
