A customer has called with the error below while trying to pay the balance for a partial payment on her Mac. If I click on the same link from my PC I don’t see the error? The event has started but not sold out.
I have recently upgraded EE to version 5.0.11 with Attendee Mover 1.0.7
The customer tried several times and got the same message each time. I sent the link again with the same result. When I tried the link it worked fine for me. How long before the link expires?
we’re trying to replicate the issue. Can you give us more detail on this? when you said it is working on your end, and not on his/her. Did he/she purchased it right away? what kind of browser and device they did used?
can you also send me the ticket they did purchase?
