I get this error in the payment settings.
An EE_Error exception was thrown! code: EEM_Base – _do_wpdb_query – 2455

Hi there,
This isn’t an error from within EE as such, its telling you a table within your database using a collation that isn’t compatible with another.
To fix it you can use this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/database-collation-fix/
Just installing and activating that plugin should fix the above for you.
