Error getting automatic Update

I did not enter the key on the development site as cautioned in the plugin. However, I am now on the live production site with nameservers being changed now. I tried to enter in the key from my account and I get this message:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Calendar but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

Please note this is only on one domain and I didn’t add the license key when it was on the development server. I’ve only just now added it on production. Can you please advise?

Thank you so much,
Carol

I see now that my account page shows my license is active but it shows it is active on the temporary url (ipaddress/~username) Have a messed up on this? Should I have waited until the nameservers propagated so that it is live on nasw-wa.org?

Also, even though it shows it is live on my account page on Event Espresso, I can’t download updates to the plugins. 🙁

Hi Carol,

I reset your license key. Please try adding it back to the live website.
