Error During Registration

I have a user trying to register on this page: http://www.healthitmarketingconference.com/event-registration?ee=15 and every time she’s tried it, she gets the error: “An error occurred. No Attendee was received.” After a ton of testing, we realized that the problem is that the title she was using in the text field was too long. I’m using EE3, so maybe this is just a flaw that can’t be fixed, but anything I could do about it?

Hi John,

That’s actually an easy fix, but first you’ll need to understand the root cause of the problem. On your site, the City field has been re-purposed as a “Title” field. You’ll need to change the questions back to the defaults.

Here are the questions that need to be changed back:
City (was actually the State field)
Title (was actually the City field)

Once those are fixed, you can create a new text field question to make a Title field input.
