error downloading pdf order confirmation

Hi, I get an error when I try to download the order confirmation pdf. the error is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/s1024980/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/third_party_libs/dompdf/dompdf_config.inc.php on line 329

can you please help?

Hi Robyn,

That error means your server does not have the MultiByte string php module enabled.

I would recommend contacting your host and have them enable that module for you.
