Error despite an active license

Despite having what I believe is an active license, this error message is showing on my blog.

Error message

I only use Event Espresso on one site, so I’m not sure what is happening. WordPress is up to date as are all my other plugins.

Would “resetting” my license solve this problem?

Best,
Donovan

I’m having the same issue, would appreciate any clarity.

Check your account profile page and verify that the domain that you have Event Espresso installed on is the same one that is listed as active.

Then, delete all older (inactive) versions of Event Espresso, or back them up to a location other than the WP plugins directory.

I have confirmed that the domain name that is listed in my account is the correct domain and deleted the older (inactive) versions of Event Espresso. The problem, however, persists.
