Hi Dana, It could be a number of things. The first thing I would look to fix is the JavaScript error on your site: Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function to do with this code
Do you have any cache plugins or server side caching? |

I believe the java script error is repaired. I say “I believe” because I’m not sure how to check it. the people that maintain our site repaired it. |
Hi there, It could be a number of other things causing this error. Did this error start happening after the Connections plugin was installed? Does the error happen for every event and every browser or only on some events with some browsers? If it happens for all registrations all of the time, you can narrow down the cause by temporarily deactivating other WordPress plugins. |

This error just started this week. It happens every event, with every browser. I have done as suggested and thought I found the plugin “WordPress HTTPS” that was causing the issue. I removed that plugin and tried to install two different SSL Plugins, but each brought down my site. I reinstalled the WordPress HTTPS and updated the EE. Now I am back where I started. with the error message |
Hi Dana, I saw your note about no caching services running on the site. I have seen that error a few times before and when I looked at the sites, then had caching running and Event Espresso pages were not excluded. Were you recently using any caching plugins and then turned them off? Also, is your software up to date? Could you also let us know who your web host is? Thanks — |

We use Bluehost. The server caching is disabled, because it was causing the “nothing in your queue” error. WordPress Version: |
Hi there, Since you think it might have something to do with WordPress HTTPs, it would be good to look into that. Can you verify that the admin is set to Force https/ssl? Along with that, are there any other plugins installed on the site that have a function that will force https/ssl on cart pages? Other e-commerce plugins may have similar functionality that can interfere with WordPress HTTPs. |
