We have 64 events that are all part of one large event week. Is there a way to run a report that will give me the name of each event and number of attendees for all active events?
You could filter by month in the events overview screen. Then adjust the pagination so that it shows more than 64 events.
Towards the right side of the screen, you’ll see a column that shows the registrations that have a status of approved.
Click on the screen options in the top right corner and then temporarily remove the columns that you do not need. From here, you can copy and paste the information into Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, etc.
Then restore the screen options afterwards by checking the items that were original checked. Once you are done, then you’ll have the event names and a number of registration approved registrants for each event.
