When a person want to pay for registration for a class with cash or check and / or cannot navigate the Event Espresso registration, I use the Add New Registration feature as an administrator of EE.
In the last few days, when I put in the person’s name, email, and phone number, it switches their information to my information and I am unable to register them. This has been happening with the Weeki Wachee City of Mermaids class.
Here is what happens when I hit save registration and continue to details it switches their information to mine with this message in the top of the white box on the side RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: A valid URL was not provided.
The “RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: A valid URL was not provided.” isn’t related and can be ignored, it’s an error related to the RSS feed from here at eventespresso.com displaying within the Dashboard of your site. We’ll get that fixed up but it’s not related to the issue you are seeing with users.
Do you have any custom code related to the WP user integration on your site?
The reason I ask is the function which adds the message you are getting at the top of that screenshot is only adding in the admin for ajax requests and should not be (and is not) running when I test this locally.
