Is there a way to allow a user to enter their information once for all events added to the event cart, then select which registrants will be participating in different events?
The registration flow would be to select those events via the shopping cart from the multiple event registration and then add the registration information for each of the guests that will be attending the event.
Maybe there is a misunderstanding here, but if you have different registrants for the events then you need to enter those registrants details during the registration.
I’m not sure how (as a user) you could register for 12 events and then assign registrants to those individual events?
Would you not do that during registration, selecting 12 events and then inputting those 12 users details?
We have a main event coming up, a 2-day golf tournament. A company may come and register 4 people for the golf tournament. Within the golf tournament, there are “add on” events, such as dinner, trolley ride, lunch, silent auction, etc. Out of those 4 people, they can each register for activities that they want to participate in over the 2 day event. Maybe 2 of the four people might register for dinner. Or 3 of the 4 might register for the trolley ride.
What we were hoping for is that as soon as the 4 people have been registered and entered their information, we can then assign them for the sub-events that they want to participate in, without making them re-enter the participants information for each sub-event.
If you are collecting information for the additional registrants/attendees, then the information would need to be collected for each event that is being added to the cart.
