For some reason our Event Espresso is not automatically emailing the site admin when a new user registers. Can you please tell me where this is configured. I thought it used to work but she now tells me she has not received any emails and only knows that people are registering because she gets a PayPal notice of their payment.
Please advise and thank you!

Hi,
This should be automatic. However some servers emails don’t always work as they should.
I would start by checking the spam folder as often the emails end up there.
If not, then you may wish to try a plugin such as WP Mail SMTP or a service such as Mandrill or Postmarkapp.

great thanks dean. she said she checks spam. maybe our host put new securities in that stopped the email flow. I can try the plugins you suggested. appreciate your insight.
