Empty Tickets sent for Paypal registration automatically

Dear Support,

Empty Tickets sent for Paypal registration automatically.
After we checked it we resent the ticket. Then it was Ok.

Please help.

Hi there,

If you view the message queue on your site (Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity) then check the ‘first’ ticket sent (the one automatically sent when the user paid via PayPal) does the preview show the contents of the email?
