Hi, I’m having trouble with my shopping cart, every time I try to add tickets an overlay appears, this overlay is black and I can’t continue with my purchase. If I disable the MER plugin it goes directly to my payment information and I can’t edit my selection or remove it.
Any idea about why is showing up an empty overlay?

Hi there,
The modal that loads over the darker overlay is actually loading at the bottom of the page.
Try adding something like this:
#cart-results-modal-wrap-dv {
top: 20rem!important;
}
To your sites CSS, you can add it in:
Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.
Then when you add a ticket does it display correctly?
