Hi, we have an issue on our website when someone tries to add an event to their cart an empty message box pops up and it does’t allow the event to be added to cart. There should be no error message at all. This is the url where the issue can be found: Our deadline to register for this event is supposed to be this week so this is urgent for us. Hi there,

Each time a ticket selection is submitted with the Multi Event Registration add-on it sends an admin-ajax.php request to process that selection.

On your site those requests are being blocked, see:

Those requests will need to be allowed in order for EE to function.
