Empty Cart

Message from a customer
“I am trying to register for a course, but there seems to be an issue where when I add the program to my cart, the cart remains empty and will not let me complete the transaction. Please advise.”

I’m able to duplicate this error, go to https://capitalwineschool.com/which-course-is-right-for-me/#_beginner and try to add a course to the cart and then go to checkout and it says the cart is empty.

Hi there,

The symptoms you have posted are almost always caching related.

I can see you are using WP Engine, have you contacted them to exclude the EE critical pages from their server-side caching?

Side note, I’ve just tested a registration and do not see the issue you mentioned.
