Hi there,

We just bought the VIP member to get urgent help.
We have launched our marketing campaign for our event but people cannot complete the registration with the online payment. When completing the online registration form at http://www.artyparty.com.au/tickets/ After completing the form the user hit “Submit” and it just refresh the page instead of sending them to the payment option.

It used to work perfectly well, the only change we made is that we added 20 different promo codes.

Could you please kindly help asap ?

Thanks in advance
Alvina

Hi Alvina,

I checked your site. Can you kindly provide the link to the page that has the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode that’s also set as the Main registration page? If there isn’t an [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode on a page that’s set as the main registration page, then you can set one up and that should fix the problem.

You can review more information about the page settings here:

Hi Josh,

I created a new page http://www.artyparty.com.au/event-list which contains the shortcode [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]. It was missing previously.
I kept the page http://www.artyparty.com.au/tickets which contains the single event shortcode.
However, the ticket page containing the single event shortcode doesn’t work anymore after creating the page with the shortcode [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] .

I don’t want the user to go through the event list (since I only have one event) I want them to directly fill in the registration form after hitting the BOOK NOW button. Could you please assist to make the single event shortcode work on my Ticket page ?

Thank you very much in advance!

Did you change anything about the tickets page? Creating another page shouldn’t affect the tickets page, and it looks like the WordPress theme’s JavaScript is hiding the page content of the /tickets/ page now.

Does the Ticket page work if you switch to another WordPress theme?

Hi Alvina, this page currently appears blank:

http://www.artyparty.com.au/tickets

There are a batch of errors appearing on that page: http://cl.ly/image/0T2L3k3I3Y2i

Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and then reactivate only Event Espresso and let us know if that page appears?

@lorenzo, Since the errors are coming from the theme, temporarily deactivating plugins isn’t necessary at this point.
