Emergency! I created a discount code and event registration will not accept it.

I am ticketing for my annual benefit, major gala and source of income for us. I created an event page on my wordPress site which uses Event Espresso for events. I created a code, and I checked the benefit as the event for applying the code, and anyone who tries using the code (including me) gets a message saying the code cannot be used. PLEASE HELP! I AM LOSING TICKET BUYERS! THIS IS A CATASTROPHE!

Hi,

Can you go in to edit the discount code and verify either of the two:
1) The discount code’s “Apply Promo to ALL Scope Items” setting is set to Yes
or
2) On the right column, under “Check off the specific events that this promotion will be applied to”, the checkbox next to the name of the event is checked
