Currently the system is generating emails to only Primary Contact. Can this be changed to Primary Contact + CC to Event Mgr ( Person who created the event – Cretor ) ?

Programmatically it can probably be done, however, you can add multiple email addresses to the “Alternate Email Address” (http://www.screencast.com/t/G2orL6ODZ) options when you create an event. Separate each email address by commas. What I suggest doing though which is easier to manage is create an email distribution group. Then add that email address either to the Primary Email Contact in the General Settings of Event Espresso (http://www.screencast.com/t/8ttxLPPTVm) or add that email group email address to the same settings as above for each event. The email group will let you easily add people to all the notifications instead of having to edit each event and adding all the email addresses separately.
