I just attempted to send an email to “all attendees”. I was informed that the email was successfully sent to 94 registrants, however, no one has actually received the email. What can I do to correct this issue? Course registrants need to receive this email as it contains pertinent course info.
Event Espresso uses the default WordPress mail code. If your emails are not being sent out it is possible that it is due to the server either not being set up correctly or having a low email threshold.
Emails sent are not throttled.
I would start by checking that single emails are going out ok.
You could try a thirdparty plugin such as WP Mail SMTP or a third party service such as Mandrill or Postmarkapp.
