emails received when someone enters an event

Hello
we host a web site with on line events from various different clubs – as an admin i receive an email when someone registers for ANY event – is there anyway to be able to nominate a different email address(es) for each event please?

Hi Sue,

Yes, there are a number of ways:

1) If the one of the different email address is also the author of the event, you would place the [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] shortcode into the email’s To: field

2) If they’re not the author, and you’re setting up a custom email template for each event, you can place their email address directly into the To: field of the email template editor

3) If they’re not the author and you’re not setting up a custom email template for the event, you can send the email to the organization’s email address set in Event Espresso > General Settings. Either input the email address into the field or place the [CO_EMAIL] shortcode into the email template’s To: field.
