So messages that have a green status bar have not been received?
If so then its an issue with the mailhost you are using, EE is triggering the emails and then are sending with errors, it’s after that point (which EE has no control over) that the emails are being lost.
Is is both the registrant and event admin emails that aren’t arriving?
