Hey my emails aren’t sending. Is this something I need to fix with my web host or am I missing a setting in Event Espresso?

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity, do you see a list of message there?

If so what colour ‘status bar’ do they have on the left?

So messages that have a green status bar have not been received?

If so then its an issue with the mailhost you are using, EE is triggering the emails and then are sending with errors, it’s after that point (which EE has no control over) that the emails are being lost.

Is is both the registrant and event admin emails that aren’t arriving?

You could try switching to one transactional email services list here:

Then retest and confirm if the email is received.
