Emails not going to admins and registrants

The email notifications that usually go to our administrators and to registrants have not been working the last few days. How do we fix this?

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message activity.

Can you see the eails listed there?

If so, what colour ‘status bar’ (the coloured bar next to each message) do they have?
