Looking at your WP Mail Log, Contact Form 7 has sent an email that has also failed so this is not an issue specific with EE.
In the mail log click the View button on one of the failed messages, it can take a little to load the message but when you see the content, click ‘raw’ to view the raw message then screen right down to the bottom to view any errors – http://take.ms/XGwye
