I’m trying to send notification emails to a number of people when a registration is completed using a promotional code. Emails are currently going to one person and I can’t track down where to change this, it doesn’t appear to be in the normal or custom email templates.
Any help tracking this down would be greatly appreciated.
Are you using the Ticket Notice Message type or a different message type?
Some message types give you the option to activate a Primary Registrant context, a Registrant context, or both contexts. Can you check to see which context is activated?
