Emails for event with multiple days

Hi

I can’t find the exact answer in the forum but we have some events that run over two days.

When the registrant email is sent it only contains a single date.

My code is


<li>
    Dates/Times:</br>
    <ul>[DATETIME_LIST]</ul>
</li>
<li>[DATETIME_START] - [DATETIME_END]</li>

These two sections are in ticket list and date time.

Can you point me in the right direction for when there are two dates.

Hi there,

Your second datetime doesn’t apply to any tickets right now.

Click on the icon on the second datetime and click the checkbox next to each ticket shown in Assigned tickets section, then save.

Now retest, does it show the correct dates?

Just one small point – do I need to add a limit for the second date or just assign tickets?

I would limit the second datetime.

The datetime limit is the ‘overall’ limit, which means on your set up if you limit say both datetimes to 50, the max number of registration that event can be 50, from a combination of any ticket sales.
