Emails cant display Swedish å, ä and ö

Hi,

What do I need to do to make the confirmation emails/messages to be able to display Swedish characters å,ä and ö?

Hi,

Can you please tell us where the special characters are not displaying? Is it in the dynamically generated data fields? Ex. first name and last name of the registrant? Or are they not displaying in the email template output.

Hi Erik,

Strange, I just tested loading the Swedish language file and didn’t run into any problems – http://take.ms/uDIHg

Is this a new install or has it been around for a little while?

Have you edited that template at all? If not, click the ‘Reset Templates’ button in the sidebar and retest.

Do the characters work for you then?
