I’m trying to alter the emails that Registrants receive, but I’m having trouble.
All I’m trying to do, at the moment, is change the colour of the header to #323232 (just as a test). I have changed it in every single template, in both the Primary Registrant and Admin versions.
I’m triggering an email to myself using the Bulk Actions on the Registrations page.
The emails come through, but no changes that I’ve made.
I’ve also tried changing a word in the text, or the Subject. No joy.
I’ve also tried creating a custom template for the event I’m registered on, selecting that custom template and triggering the relevant email.
WTF am I doing wrong?
