Hi – I’ve followed your advise in the followig forum – https://eventespresso.com/topic/email-verification-to-avoid-ticket-delivery-issues/
I set up two email fields and changed the Email Validation Level to be International + DNS Check.
However I can’t seem to get it to work. It detects when the domain is incorrect but it does not pick up if the emails don’t match. How can I achieve this?

Hi there,
We currently don’t have email validation across two fields, the thread you linked to adds a second email input to the page for the user to input the email into but there’s no validation between those two fields.
To compare two fields and prevent a registration based on the comparison you’ll need some custom development.
With a little jQuery you can compare the two files and add a message below them to show they don’t match, if you link me to your event I can give you a quick example.

Note that code targets the email question with ID 18 and states it must match the EE system email question.
