Hi

I am using Event Espresso primarily to set up coach trips. About a week before I need to email all attendees to remind them of the times, parking, and any other useful information.
Please can you advise the best way to go about doing this please
Thanks

Hello,

There is a batch email option that can be used. You can find it in Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of an event and click on Registrations.

Then on the next page, you’ll see a list of registrants for this specific event. Increase the pagination option in the top right corner through the screen options tab so you can view many attendees/registrants at once.

You can then use the bulk select option and then scroll down towards the end of the page and click on the batch email button. Compose your message and then send it.

A transactional email service is recommended if you will be using this often:

Hi

Thanks for the info

I have had a look at this and set up a service with Mailjet

Can you advise if send an email how you have detailed above, should I be able to set up an email template in Mailjet for Event Espresso to pick up and use?

Currently it only shows me Global and then I can just add in my own text
Is this correct

Am I only to use this service as a way of sending?

Thanks

Hi, a transactional email service helps ensure that the email is delivered instead of arriving to a spam folder.

We explain how emails are handled in Event Espresso here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/

You can compose your message through the batch email option and then send it there.
