Is it at all possible to add an email validation field to the first ‘Registration’ page. This would require the user to retype an email address.
This is our biggest cause of problems when selling thousands of tickets. Human error. People miss type or miss spell their email address constantly. This means we then have to log in find there ticket, edit the email and send it again. This can soon become very time consuming when you have 100 enquires asking “where is my ticket”.
Is there a workaround or anything we could add into our system to make this possible?
Event Espresso does a simple email address validation check using jQuery. What I can suggest in this case is to create a second email address field and then add it to the registration form.
