Why does Event Manager exist if it doenst send the staff manager an email???

Could this core feature be included soon? I know the workaround is to use the alternate email but thats not practical.

Why cant a function be used to check if there is a staff manager selected and if so use that email address for the alternate? Overall Event Espresso is the best!!! But there are some features that have been completely ignored. I noticed someone posted a similar post past last year and it hasnt been resolved.

Please provide any update. Even a response stating It will never done is better then hoping it will someday but never does. Thanks in advance.

Also…..Why does event staff manager ask for a emaill address if doesnt even use it or displays it in the Shortcode. Email address is not shown in the event list or registration???

I have noticed this request is being asked often but it always gets a workaround.

Please provide feedback if it cant be done period. Thank you.

I can add your request to automatically send event admins the registration summary email to our feature request list.
With your second question:

It stores the email address in the database, but doesn’t display it on the front end of the site. If you’d like to display the staff email address on the front end, you can copy and paste the function included in this gist into the custom_functions.php file of the custom files add-on.
