email to primary contact email not received

Hi
We are not receiving confirmation emails to the primary contact email when some one signs up for an event.

The emails to the person signing up is sent but not the one to the primary contact.

Can you offer any advice?

Hi Colin,

You could check the spam folder, and try sending them to another address. Some ISP’s will block email from IP addresses, which may affect your server if it’s a shared server.

You can also try sending the email out via a gmail account using a WordPress SMTP plugin, or better yet, use a service like Postmarkapp. They have a WordPress plugin in the .org repository that makes it simple to set up email delivery through their service.
