This has been a recurring issue over the past few years and the latest update still hasn’t remedied the problem.
When I enter the content for the Payment and Registration Confirmation emails, it disappears upon clicking Save Options. The email sends out — but I can’t see it on the back-end. This makes editing the content a real pain. The logo in the Organization Settings also disappears. In past years, this also happened with all Event Descriptions (essentially, anything in a text box), although I have yet to test it with the latest Event Espresso install.
I am using the latest version of WordPress (just updated today) and the most recent version of Event Espresso. This is an upgrade from 3.1.21.P.
It might also be a plugin or theme conflict which can be ruled out by temporarily deactivating any non-EE plugins and temporarily switching to the default theme. You can temporarily switch the the default WordPress theme without affecting the look of the site for visitors while you test by using the theme test drive plugin
