Hello, I have problem with eMail templates.

I tried to edit default eMail template, I do it good, changes are accepted in wp dashboard. But when I receive eMail it is again default template without my changes.

Hi there,

Which message template are you editing?

Usually when this happens we find the admin is editing the wrong ‘content’, as in editing the event admin message context and then checking the registrants email.

I change on event template

I’m guessing you replied with the above without seeing my reply.

Did you check the context you are editing is the correct one?
