We have an intermittent problem where if we change the date for a class, when the email reminder goes out the original (wrong) date is sent. The shortcodes in the email templates don’t always seem to update when the date is changed. Why would this happen and what can we do to change it?
Thanks for letting us know about this. The attendee data stores the event date and that seems not to be updated if the event date is changed after the attendee has registered. I will raise a developer ticket to look into this.
