Email registrations

Hello, We have tried a couple times to change where registration emails get sent to and it hasn’t changed. We would like to change our email to for all contact, support, or registration confirmation emails.

Hi there,

The email address used by Event Espresso support, the forums and for your EventEspresso account can be changed on your account page.

When logged in, you should see a ‘Edit My account’ link on the left.

Registration confirmation emails come from your site and is actually completely separate to your EventEspresso.com account info.

What you need to change depends on how your messages are set up but the first place to change is in general settings.

So log into your site and then in Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> General Settings.

You’ll see a ‘Primary Contact Email’ field, have you changed that to be your new email?

For the site and primary email we have that set up to the correct email, but new registrations and sign ups still go to the old email.

By ‘new registrations and sign ups’ do you mean registration on to EE events or site/user registration?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages can you see the messages sent to the ‘wrong’ email listed there?
